Aldermans son graduates from Berea College
Wesley Bunton the youngest son of Lansing Alderman Brenda Reeves graduated from Berea College (Berea, KY) this May. Students of Berea get a four year tuition scholarship, a free laptop computer to use while attending school, and a replacement new one upon graduation. All students work on campus in different departments while going to Berea. Wesley worked at the “Information Systems & Services” department of the school where he repaired students’ computers, diagnosed and fixed network problems for students and staff among other duties. Wesley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information and Computer Systems. He is currently in Maryland attending an open house for a prospective employer he has applied with. Congratualations are in order for this young man for working hard and acheiving his goals, making him the first college graduate in his family. Brenda is very proud of all her children and is happy to “have one down and one to go.”
